When you contact us via email or contact form, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message to handle your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your name and email address to send you regular updates about Greenformance projects, products, and events.

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards are in place.

Currently, no regular international data transfers are planned.

• Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn, or after 3 years of inactivity.
• Cookie data: according to the respective cookie’s expiration (usually 1 day – 2 years).
• Contractual data: as long as required by legal retention periods (e.g., tax law: up to 7 years) 

After expiration of these periods, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
